An excellent gym, very comfortable especially for those who live in Villanova. Very large and clean room, well maintained and functioning machinery, clean changing rooms. In addition to the weight room you can also practice other sports through the courses. Fair price and convenient parking.

All the instructors are nice, if it were not for the assembled people who frequent this environment. I am 60 years old and I am overweight, I go to the gym to carve out a space for myself, there is a lady who will be a few years younger than me, who does her weight competitions and feels, luckily, very cool. with me who with others always has to complain about the cards we make, about the fact that we are overweight, that we should follow the diet or go to the gym is useless, all this without being asked. Several times I replied badly, more than a few times I heard girls ask if they were going to compete and that they were overweight for her. I don't think any of those girls would exchange with her, including me ... I think the owners need to monitor these behaviors that keep sensitive people away from fitness environments. Nobody has the right to feel criticized in a place where I pay, check or lose customers.

Well organized gym, excellent times (especially for those who work and want to train early in the morning) and not least is also open on Sunday. Kind and competent instructors but above all always positive and with a smile, I personally train with Daniele and he has never disappointed me .. before !!!!. What to say? 5/5
