Work by the architect Frediano Frediani and inaugurated in 1940 it is certainly a beautiful architecturally speaking station. The underlying part of the docks however needs maintenance work the idea that one does is in fact of an old and let-go station.

The events held in the structure are interesting and well organized. Although there are internal parking spaces, during major events, however, it is always wintering to get there by car. Other than that, it is a good facility.

From jet skis to yachts, passing through the new high-tech inflatable boats. There is all the best of Italian boating at the 44th edition of Nauticsud which is underway at the Mostra d'Oltremare, ready to welcome enthusiasts and industry experts until February 26th: 400 boats on display in an area of about 30 thousand meters square. Nautic sud 18 February 2017 - 26 February 2017

The station does not deserve a single star because there are both positive and negative aspects. POSITIVES This station is very useful for reaching the Federico II engineering faculty, the San Paolo stadium and precisely the Mostra D'Oltremare. Moreover, unlike other stations, there are functioning turnstiles to ensure greater safety and there are public toilets (even if neglected), escalators and working elevators! DOWNSIDES The station is definitely dirty (there are several written inside it) and would need more maintenance (since there are so many infiltrations, especially on the docks near the tracks, creating inconvenience for all those who are waiting for the train). As in almost all stations, the sound system useful for alerting the imminent arrival of the train is absent.
