The dogs are locked up in really small and narrow cages, there are no more places and therefore the staff is forced to leave a herd of dogs in front of the main gate in total freedom and in the middle of the road. But it is not their fault but the municipality that constantly refuses to improve the situation.
I tried to call the kennel for an abandoned purebred dog (I think it is a brown and white fox) and they close me without even time to speak
