I tried to contact the dealer several times, via email, telephone and whatsapp. In the few cases in which I was able to hear the responsible person I received vague answers and without any reasonable explanation to justify this embarrassing situation. As a last resort, I have no choice but to seek legal assistance through a lawyer. I strongly advise against it.
