Often they have only one window open, endless waiting times in line and all this already long before Covid. They never answer the phone in any branch. It must be that they only have it because they are obliged but they have instructions never to answer. There are more inefficiencies than services - I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Very bad bank .... They always work at a reduced rate .... Slowness is their motto ... not recommended

Bad bank .. it makes no sense for it to remain open! ATMs that don't work, open 15 minutes late with no justification. The operations at the counter are not done in the evening (what do they open for!?!?). Whether there is a person or 20, their rhythm is always the same and they even stop and chat. Absolutely not recommended for anything.

Branch without queuing machine. Slow staff. Three hours to change a check. I would never open an account in this branch.
