My cat needed more specific care and no vet from whom we were had the courtesy to tell us, otherwise we would have taken him to Rome, from a specialist. With immense pain of the whole family, the cat left us while he was hospitalized by the doctor. After some time, having talked to other specialists and having passed others with a second pet, I have the certainty that the cat should be transferred and especially MONITORED, not left the weekend alone in a study that should not be in hospital. In addition, a personal note, the doctor is abrupt in ways, which would have little to do with professionalism, if it were not having taken an obvious dislike because of my despair that obviously irritated her, she treated me with little professionalism and answered unpleasantly several times, despite having chosen her trusting and paying money to not even have certain answers about why our cat has left us.

For those who love the animals as myself, I highly recommend, for those who have the opportunity to get there, the veterinary practice, professional and very attentive to the requests of customers and their furry friends

My German shepherd understands that it is not easy, he explains everything with professionalism and thinks first of the dog and not of his own interest
