Worst experience ever. Hope they close it
They make your pet suffer more than they heal it. My dog was so weak and it got no food. Yikes

Rude secretary, lacking in tact and humanity. They made a mistake in giving my dead cat to another person. The hospitalized animals do not show them to you even for a minute. You leave the animal alive and they give it back dead without even being able to say goodbye. A hospital that does not have ultrasound scans available, even if the situation is urgent. We should learn to treat the animal like people and the owners like the relatives of the inmates. There are people who live entirely for them and they don't give a damn about anyone. Never again.
Approach with the reception not exactly exciting, but the priority was my dog and her problem. I can say that I have found competent, polite and above all animal lovers. Successful intervention without problems.
