The place is poorly stocked compared to other shoe shops, but the staff are polite and helpful

Very negative experience in the store located in Sassari at Auchan. Shop very well stocked and very attractive prices, shame the rudeness, arrogance and the little respect for his colleagues by the salesman and bald bass (unfortunately I do not know the name, maybe if he had a tag with the name in the shirt would be was much more precise). I was with my family and I was deciding together with my nephew the shoes to be taken, assisted by a very good girl in advising us the right shoes for our requests explaining the characteristics very precisely. In the end I had chosen to buy the black Nike air max (€ 180.00) and my nephew had picked up the Jordan court side 23 shoes (€ 60.00) from the shelf and was trying them. In the meantime, my nephew puts his shoe on the seat to put back the shoe that was ready to buy them; the clerk arrives, sneaks his arm between us sitting on the seat and takes the shoe to the chest. !!!! Surprised and stunned by his rudeness and arrogance in the gesture, I asked for explanations and with arrogant tone, like bullet neighborhood replies: "The shoes had seen my friend Mirco before you" (his friend had not taken away from the shelf and much less tested) Given the situation, leaving a great bitterness in my nephew and the regret for the lack of purchase and the girl I repeat very well in advising purchases that has followed us since we entered, we decided not to buy anything. This type of shoes are not sold only in this shop, there are many others that also have the same prices. I hope that some head of the company or the company read this review and take disciplinary measures against the aforementioned salesperson, certainly not suitable for contact with the public and advice to everyone to be accompanied by 'purchase from the only girl in the store in Auchan.
