Autocentro Baistrocchi - SEAT

On 8 June I contacted the dealership to ask for information on my car's coupon and I was informed of the amount and, following their instructions, I sent an email to find out when to make an appointment. After 4 days, having had no answer, I called and the communication was closed twice after several minutes of waiting. I call a third time and finally I can speak to an employee who forwards me to an answering machine where I leave a message. Today is the 26th and everything is silent! After 22 days, an email, a voicemail and four phone calls, I would have expected at least one answer just to tell me to go somewhere else. P.S. for those interested, I recommend "Castello Car Service in Viadana". I made an appointment with them after waiting for a couple of hours from my email ... and they are also cheaper !!!

Visited last Friday, excellent service and the cars on display are cared for and presented in excellent condition. My compliments go above all to Giuseppe one of the sellers, friendly in the reception and prepared to answer any of my questions about the car viewed, ready to formulate a quote by immediately evaluating my used one and to make me test drive the new one. I was very satisfied.

Small dealership with few employees and difficult to do business

Dealer not as cool as his sisters wolksvagen or Audi in Parma but anyway well done. The quality of the service is good. What they tell you do, and it's a great quality ..
