I have my car evaluated for one year and I receive an absolutely inadequate evaluation, after my e-mail of discontent and criticism I receive a new, more coherent evaluation and the phone call from the seller who, putting his face on it, apologizes for the previous evaluation because, unfortunately happens, it was incorrectly evaluated as the previous model. Unfortunately for me the evaluation is not adequate to my needs, (for this reason 4 stars) but I want to congratulate you on the courtesy of the phone call which denotes professionalism and attention to the customer, which is rare today.
