One of the worst experiences I've ever had.One star is already too much, bad service (for the moment) I fully advise against this shop. I ordered a kitchen about 1 year ago (contract number O1 41085 under the name of Chicu Tatiana) it arrived on 29/08; she arrived without a dishwasher telling me that the supplier was having problems all this notified at the end of the work. (they can't even tell me a date) Hood badly mounted off-center from the hob (luckily a surveyor came to take the measurements) Furniture that does not break even after 30 minutes of use, crazy stuff. I wrote to the assistance waiting for a reply. For the moment I think I'm leaving a star given what conditions I find myself in.

NIGHTMARE KITCHENS I went into the Modena shop to buy 2 kitchens my mother and I. The saleswoman treated us somewhat nervous and annoyed. Giving us the tu without giving it to him, he scolded us at every question as if we were schoolchildren. We gave a rather decent budget and without saying a word after 5 minutes of design totally different from the requests, we were presented with a sheet with an expense NOT CONVENIENT. Then, always with an angry tone, he liquidated us without us being able to reply to any changes. For example, we asked if it was possible to choose the colors since the sign with the colors Answer? Every time I have to repeat it ... it's the color combinations we have. To the request: What colors do you have? He showed us a sheet (faded) with no more than five colors (the classics). During the design, we also saw that the choice of wall units, gas hobs etc. was made by her by choosing the piece without saying a word. In the end, we left TO NEVER COME BACK without a word. We learned through the streets that the order has gone away and there are still some salaries left by the company, perhaps for this reason it was sideways, we bought a fitted kitchen from another part and without problems.

I will never buy a single vine again! I am completely dissatisfied. And I feel taken for a ride. My vote is zero because less can not be done, from the tronde and what they did ZERO less than this they could not. Good evening, I have already contacted your number several times but without any solution. I called the assistance number on 10/08/2020, after a long discussion or it was said we will call you back with the utmost urgency we are obliged to call you back within 48 hours but keep the phone free that I will call you back in a quarter of an hour. Well! They called me back on 18/08/2020 giving me an appointment for assistance on 01/09/2020 obviously I refused. I have already repaired the defective part at my own expense.

Cuisine taken in September 2019. During transport, the doors and shelves scratched me. The assembly parts were wrong: I ordered a pull-out trolley and twice they gave me a standard piece of furniture. The hood started making strange noises after a week due to a lack of filter and the light bulb burned out less than three days after delivery. It was not possible to receive assistance in this regard as "it is not their responsibility". The hob shows large unusual stains and this too cannot be replaced under warranty. The fridge cracked inside despite being at a normal temperature. The chairs arrived broken, we asked for assistance with everything but every time they came back in terrible delay and with some other deformation. Still today in August 2020 we are waiting to receive a paid piece of furniture that we have not yet seen.All the appliances are Candy. PESSIMI.Mio father-in-law suggests contacting a lawyer because from the reviews of all their shops it is clear that once they have taken the money they do not care about customer problems.

Sincerely? No. Of course the choice will be wide, but no. Not even two years ago I bought a wardrobe from them and immediately had problems. Now it doesn't open anymore, nice scam. They don't answer the phone or emails. They say they will call and they don't. I personally need to use the wardrobe mainly because there are clothes in it! What should I do to buy new clothes that run around the room because the wardrobe is locked ??? No, trust me no, there is no staff for customers and there is no one to answer you. No. No. No!
