Public money wasted, yet another example of the megalomania of certain politicians who spend citizens' money. The building is empty unusable because Italian law prohibits living above waterways: the only exceptions are Ponte Vecchio and Ponte di Rialto. But Parma is not Florence and not even Venice ...
Top waste in Parma: D we wanted to do cool and have a habitable bridge too without getting informed first if the legislation allows it and if someone was interested in going inside. The builders there was no problem in involving them in the construction. Rated 5 stars to those who had the courage to do so.
