The shop is very well set up, you have the opportunity to choose calmly, touch the coverings and experience the quality of the products, which moreover has a good relationship with the price. The strength however is the staff, Mrs. Ilenia and Mr. Lorenzo, very kind and prepared. They worked, with their personal availability, to find a product that I had seen on display but which had been withdrawn. In a few days it was delivered to my home. Full satisfaction.

Kindness and competence in the foreground. I visited the exhibition several times and have always been followed with courtesy. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. A nice shopping experience.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. Anzia to tell the truth almost surreal. We buy the sofa c / o your shop where the seller has always presented and managed the sale in an excellent way. Unfortunately, I doubt the size of the front door of the house where the sofa went. I call back the store and talking to another seller (not the person who followed us) we are 100% assured that the chosen sofa would enter the door. During the delivery phase, unfortunately, the logistics (BAD AND ABSURD SERVICE) failed to get the sofa into my apartment, leaving it in front of the door, refusing to take it back and damaging the jamb of the entrance door. Moral I had to arrange the sofa c / o the accommodation of a neighbor and I had to request the return. Obviously your policy was not to give us back the sum paid (808 euros) but you have offered us a sales account for our sofa. Now, given the situation and given the disturbance given to a neighbor we did not know, we decided to end this absurd situation by buying a new sofa for the Milan home. So we went to the Chiavari store and ordered a new sofa for Milan. Obviously we will pay only the difference given the previous purchase. and obviously we could not make a choice on several products as the chiavari site is much smaller than the one in milan. except for Mr. Lorenzo, seller of Chiavari I think your logistics management is ALLUCINANT. with arrogant, rude and arrogant people. We felt cheated and paid for everything right away. If this is the way to behave, you tell me. And I add, I hope to receive the second sofa within the set time.

We found ourselves very well, Ms Ilenia was very kind letting us try all the sofas on display. We will see the sofa that will arrive and we hope that the transporters are up to par, given the negative reviews of some customers
