I would say rather disappointing the communication between the offices and the Trieste headquarters. example: my father-in-law who died in March left a small life insurance policy to his wife and daughter after having done all the cards they wanted for our mistake we gave an incorrect CC account for the hereditary transfer had never happened after 2 months we are going crazy! after providing the correct account on 25/5/2017 we find that the money has been reversed at their registered office in Trieste but the office itself denies it and that we have never received the cancellation, we are still waiting for the money to be credited to us through new transfers more than a month after our report, if we had not done everything would be kept silent and if you do not notice and do not make a complaint within 3 months you will lose the money I would say disgusting now we are still waiting for the refund at 1 / 6/2017 I leave to you the opinion on the seriousness and their competence !!! After 3 months and repeated solicitations and threats of civil criminal complaint from us etc. after 3 days we received the bank transfer did it take strong manners ?!
