If you want to throw your money, come here. 2000 € went to waste for a course that I could not finish because I had found a job, and it was not even possible to have a flexible practice. I finish work and I have to go to practice at night and also for free and the next day to go to work? My partner even worse, back and forth to bring papers to a tire dealer who never even called him back .... Congratulations indeed. In the end I found a permanent job, but certainly not thanks to you.

As for the Pizzaiolo course that I have chosen, I positively evaluate the theoretical part. The lessons are presented in a clear and concise manner. I also consider the subdivision of the topics and the order in which they are treated satisfactory. The only problem I noticed is that there are few questions in the tests that have to do directly with the preparation and processing phases of the doughs and ingredients. The practical part from Pummà I got to the heart of the pizza chef's work. Even with the limits in the practice of some of the most important phases of the preparation that I will have the opportunity to deepen.
