We went to this store to buy Souvenirs from Italy, the sellers did not speak English. I went to the window to show what I wanted to buy, the seller started shouting: "get away from the counter, or I'll kill you", they scared me, and I accidentally knocked over a clay pot that was on the floor. And broke it . I paid for the damage . But the fact that they threatened me was not very pleasant. A sales consultant is a very bad person. I don't recommend this store to anyone.😖😖😖 😈You should be ashamed!!! I can't believe that such rudeness is possible in such a wonderful and civilized country. You haven't even apologized and keep insulting me! This work is not suitable for you, it is a pity that your communication spoils all the good experience about the city of Ferrara and Italy

Store well stocked with utensils and equipment for the home and kitchen. Cozy, tidy, clean shop. In the historic center of Ferrara. Competent and available owners. Excellent value for money. Many novelties and traditional products. I highly recommend it. Updated website.
