Mountain View Lodge - TLF

The rooms are very spacious, quiet, and updated. All of the ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it to others.

A great place to stat. The room was spacious a very clean. The staff was very nice. The location is also near the BX and a shoppete.

When I called to make the reservation the lady was overly rude about having orders when I checked in. She could have just told me make sure to have a copy of orders, instead of "you better have orders." I am 41 y/o and not a child. After checking in I washed my hands in my room and picked up the towel in the picture below with the fake eyelash stuck to it. The front desk was very nonchalant, they took the towel and said they would talk to the cleaning staff. None of the lamps worked in the room. I couldn't get the A/C temp to adjust. I know that we don't have a choice in places to stay but if I had a choice I am pretty sure it would NOT be here.

Room was cleaned nicely. Beds feel like a combenation of soft and hard
