Albergo Regina

Stayed here for half term with a school group. The hotel is s bit dated but everything thing is very clean and works well. My room was very clean and well laid out. The bathroom while a little small had everything you need and works well. All meals were buffet style and were very tasty. The staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. The bar area is a nice comfortable place to be. The hotel is only 200 mtrs from the ski slopes. Would definitely recommend

Experience to say the least negative, staff completely absent at night, we stayed two nights, one of which was standing because in the room adjacent to our guests they had a dog that barked from 24.30 to 5.30 in the morning, we knocked on the neighboring room about twenty of times and no one answered us even though they were in the room, my children were scared because the dog was growling all the time, we even thought that someone was sick. At the reception there was no one and even the security door so you could not even access the reception. We called the phone 18 times. No reply. in the morning we complained and even we were treated like fish in the face and paid 200 euros. No comment. Never again in this hotel.

Excellent cleaning, kindness and hospitality. The property is dated but well maintained The food is all good, varied and for the emergency situation the restaurant is kept with accuracy and cleanliness and the service is well done.
