Excellent mountain refuge, I was there for about an hour on a break for a winter snowshoe hike and I found warm and refreshing. Highly recommended, the managers are very nice and helpful.

Beautiful experience! We decided to celebrate New Year's Eve at the Miryam refuge, spending the night for a couple of nights. The atmosphere is friendly and familiar, the managers Lorenzo and Cecilia are always available, within the limits of what is possible (it must always be kept in mind that this is an isolated refuge at 2,000 meters!). The stay was very pleasant, thanks to the places and the company of the other guests. Also the New Year's Eve dinner is excellent and refined, prepared with ingredients at km 0. We only suggest an improvement: there are only 2 accessible bathrooms on the floor of the rooms, compared to a capacity of 40 people, as was the case for New Year's Eve. . A little bit! Thanks to Lorenzo for giving us this experience!

I had never been to the Val Vannino, I must say that I liked this refuge more than many others, perhaps because of its secluded location, the quality of the food and the room with a window over the whole valley, and more! ! we also spotted some roe deer ... simply amazing!
