we were there while a multi-day bike trip ad-hoc. we enjoyed the clean room and hot shower :-). The food was super delicious and creative! (we took full board, not à la card) Thank you!

It was our favorite place before the new reopening. We brought all our guests here, because of incredibly tasty hot chocolate, strudel, panini and piadina. Now there are more decorative elements, but the food is poor... The chocolate is liquid and tastes like Nesquick kids cacao, the panini are regular, not crispy and not enough hot, aldo no melted cheese... no strudel, only some defrosted croissants... Very very disappointed, will not come anymore.

Leaving aside the fact that we booked a table at 2 pm and only sat at 2:40 pm and we also prepared the table ourselves, as the waitress left our cutlery and the rag to clean in a corner and left. immediately gone and then returned after 20 minutes, skipping the long timing of both orders and the arrival of the dishes, although by now the people at 15.30 had decreased visibly, we come to the thing that made us even more nervous : a dish consisting of SAUSAGE + POLENTA (not tanned) cost 13 euros, the polenta concia ONLY 10 euros. We asked if it was possible to have polenta concia plus sausage and so it was brought to us. Too bad we didn't pay for the polenta concia plus the sausage, but we paid 10 euros for POLENTA CONCIA plus another 13 euros for SAUSAGE + POLENTA. In practice, in two we paid the beauty of 4 polenta. When we asked for explanations, seeing that the polenta we had eaten and arrived were two and not four, in an arrogant and presumptuous way, we were told: it doesn't matter, that's just the way it is. The food was good enough but not great, the mushrooms pretty bad. Look for something else if you don't want to lose all afternoon to eat a polenta. Too bad we can't give 0 as a score. Slow, disorganized, rude and arrogant. PS. the mask under the chin is of no use, you should use it properly.

We found ourselves very ill, we had to have the table at 2 pm and instead the wait lasted until 3 pm, not considered by anyone to understand how long the wait would be long; The wait continued even at the table where we received what we ordered after a long time (including drinks) despite the fact that there were few people present now, given the time! And finally find us paying for what we have not used.
