Nice gym, clean, lots of tools and there is the couch who is always close to you when needed and explains and shows you the exercises you need to do.
Gym and weights of various kinds. Very well managed and with an excellent value for money
Gym is not very big, but instructors are very helpful, there are many courses suitable for people of all ages
