The Tolentino yoga school is an expression of well-being, even the physical one. After having struggled for a long time against an annoying hernia, after having passed doctors and physiotherapist, only yoga practice with the appropriate PHYSICAL exercises have solved the problem. TRY IT ... ALSO FOR ONLY ONCE ... ALSO ONLY TO KNOW WHAT YOGA REALLY IS .... perhaps still labeled as exclusive meditation!
A relaxing environment where the student is followed from the beginning with great care and attention by the teacher Beatrice, who with her charisma, professionalism and preparation, manages to give that physical and mental well-being ... always so difficult to reach!
A specialized yoga center that does not need contamination to go directly to the depths of the body and mind of the student eager to face and overcome their psycho-physical discomforts, all thanks to Beatrice a talented sweet and determined teacher. Strongly recommended for those who want to practice.
