Unclear situation with my dog. One of the doctors said that she had a forasacco in the ear (in November) during the first check-up visit and that it was necessary to work under general anesthesia as soon as possible and to have blood tests that I did (80 €). During the second visit to take him for the second doctor, too, after I warned her she was discovered by the colleague, she checks his ear and in fact sees him. To scruple before spending a substantial amount on the operation I took the dog to the futuravet clinic for a second opinion and forasacco not even the shadow (they checked 3 surgeons). Among other things, they warn me that with a forasacco in the ear presumably from August the dog would have a great annoyance and in a hypothesis not too remote it would have pierced the eardrum and caused a meningitis for some time. Instead my dog ​​didn't even try to scratch. They also tell me that they are the only veterinary clinic that does not cooperate with them (they always ask you who your vet is "basic" before visits) of all Tolentino and the hinterland, they don't know why. In short, two doctors saw a forasacco that was not there (since my dog ​​is in good health after almost a year without any kind of intervention), human error? Mah.
