Already with this information they were able to give me an idea of ​​working time and they invited me to go to them. 2) THE VISIT After visiting their low showroom and seeing some kitchens live, we arranged a meeting at my house, where Andrea, who is the owner's son and colleague, actually found the work to be done and after having illustrated the possible solutions / changes, I have made the final estimate with a lot of technical design, which we accepted. We have agreed a date for the work (the company was already able to do the job already after a few days because the kitchen I chose was one of the discounted ones on display, but for personal needs we agreed a more distant date) 3) WORKING The technicians of the company presented themselves punctually on the agreed day and with a lot of professionalism they performed the work in the pre-established times. On the contrary, they managed to finish everything sooner than we could have imagined, leaving it clean enough. At the end of the day I was contacted by their showroom to find out if everything was to my liking;) 4) AFTER SALES I was able to test the company's after-sales service as well. The day after the execution of the work, we noticed a small scratch on the handle of a drawer and a screw I think stripped. I took pictures of the particular where the defect occurred and I warned Andrea, who after a few hours sent me a person to fix it replacing the piece. Then there were no other inconveniences. FINAL JUDGEMENT In my case I had a great time with Tepamarket, and I can confirm the numerous positive reviews written by other people who have chosen their products. I was able to appreciate the professionalism, the clarity in explaining the details of the work and its development and the accuracy of the estimate that was respected.
