Located in the lower part of the town but within the characteristic walls of Spello, the residence is in an excellent position. It has a small apartment on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the two upper floors, one of which is single. We were staying in the double room, Tulips, small but comfortable. If I can give a suggestion to the owner: put some shelf in the stone niche in front of the bed or on the wall near the kettle to have more support surfaces. Even in the bathroom a mirror with a shelf would be very welcome. I take this opportunity, in this regard, to apologize to the owner for having broken the ceramic soap dish on the small sink, he slipped while I rested the toothbrush case. You can also prepare an herbal tea or a coffee and biscuits, jams and bottled water are available. If I return to Spello, I would choose the Frenguelli residence again. Great value for money.
