Spello House Patio

The Altana apartment (upstairs compared to the Patio apartment) is located on the top floor of the first building which is located just at the entrance to the walls of Spello. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and one with a bathroom next to it, and a covered terrace on the roof which is accessed via an internal staircase. The view from the terrace is truly stunning. The house is treated in detail, there are all the utilities you may need, there are even some food products useful especially for breakfast. The two bedrooms and the kitchen all have air conditioning. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to meet the owner neither upon arrival nor at departure, however she has always been very helpful and friendly. Overall, the experience was really positive. The only flaw is the fact that the free parking closest to the property is located about 400 meters from the apartment and, having few parking spaces, very often there is no space. Otherwise there is another car park closer but for a fee. However, the distance is not a big problem, it can, if anything, be a bit inconvenient when loading and unloading luggage upon arrival and departure.

Spello is an enchanted place and this penthouse is wonderful. To live. It is located at the entrance to the historic center, in an ancient building, much photographed. The penthouse has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double sofa bed. Super-equipped kitchen and lovely terrace where you can enjoy a priceless view. Abundant breakfast. Clean and welcoming and finely furnished. Monica, the owner, is wonderful and truly a meeting place. Beautiful experience !!

Spello House is truly a remarkable place indeed! It is quite a beauty surrounded by the ancient city walls and right in front of the majestic tower! It is definitely chic, beautifully decorated, spacious and charming above all! Every need is met, you'll feel at home away from home and the catch is: You'll want to stay longer !! Monica, our excellent and truly kind host is a very friendly and generous gal, she'll take care of all your requests, questions and make sure your stay is memorable! I truly recommend this awesome place, so, put it on your bucket list as no. one!! Spello House is a truly wonderful place! Located in Spello and very close to the stone gate of the old city with its majestic old tower in front; It takes your breath away so much beauty !! Monica, the owner è di un gentilezza incredibile e molto generous, ci ha fatto sentire proprio come a casa nostra! I saw for you the necessity for rendere la vostra mini vacanza or lungo finish eccezionale davvero, quindi non esitate e come to visit queto meraviglioso ed accogliente luogo! I vouch for it!
