The kindness and the ability to put Fabrizio, the owner at ease, is directly proportional to his courtesy and his refinement that betray an intelligence and a culture of no small thickness. A perfect host who, not pleased with the role, tells you the history of the places and gives you very useful and practical indications to get around in this territory of rare beauty. We will definitely return to what has become one of the places of the heart, to find those who welcomed us as guests and we greeted as friends

The villa is located in a strategic position to visit Umbria just a short distance from Spello which is easily reachable on foot for dinner. An ideal place to rest in a mid-18th century villa that retains all its charm and distinctive elements. The owner, Fabrizio, is a person of rare kindness and availability who loves the place where he was born and tries to give all the comforts to his guests that he treats as friends and family. We spent a week visiting most of the beautiful towns in this region even though we needed a few more days. The perfect location accompanied by Fabrizio's courtesy and helpfulness have made everything easier for us and we aim to return to complete the knowledge of those areas that we have not been able to visit. A week in July also helps to disconnect before the summer holidays.

Lovely villa, very clean and with a beautiful garden; but what makes it special is the hospitality of the owners who make guests feel at home. It was a wonderful experience ... to be repeated!

Already from our arrival we had sensed that it would be a unique experience of its kind. Villa Pandolfi Elmi is a real house not a hotel. We were welcomed by the landlord who, before showing us the room, wanted to tell us the multi-centennial history of this villa. All the furnishings of the house (rooms, common areas and areas used as a museum) are strictly period. The Caterina room that has been assigned to us is surrounded by two bookcases full of period books. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is reached via a corridor with stairs. Everything very clean. The villa has an attached park with a swing mounted on a branch. The icing on the cake made me wash the car because it was dirty after the 600km road. The only understated thing is the breakfast but in a house like this Bonn you can expect to have a bar and restaurant that makes you fresh omelets in the morning. To try.
