Incompetent. I went to the bank to request a user code and was told that they could not do it and declared customer services. The customer service told me that I had the wrong information and that it had to be done by the bank. I call the manager and she tells me she can't do anything. I live in London and my account is blocked. They created me economic damage.

Outside ATM often not working for unspecified causes. I went several times and 7 times out of 10 the External ATM card is not available. During the opening hours of the branch there is an ATM which is usually working. Attention is accessible only during public opening hours.
