Camping Genova Est

Our camping experience was not so good on this camping. The “you can set up your tent wherever you want” didn’t turn out that good... There were a lot of bugs (but then i mean like, A LOT!). The lavatory/bathroom was clean. The walk to the city center and beach was a real murder. Crazy steps that kept on going! When we finaly arrived at the beach, it was really disappointing... The most sadest beach we’ve every seen... Genova was not what we’ve expected it to be :).

Three stars for the campsite itself (as viewed by a pair sleeping in a tent) as the terrain was far from ideal, however I have to give five stars for the toilets and five stars for the restaurant at the camp, both were surprisingly good for such a remote site up in the hills. The view was gorgeous and the long walk to the beach was worth. Just be mindful not to spend all your energy at the beach. As you'll need it to climb back up!🙃

Very nice campsite above Bogliasco. Very friendly and helpful staff, awesome restaurant and good facilities. Everything is clean and the view is stunning. The way down to the village and beach is steep and the way up is challenging but gets you fit!

This is not a camp. It’s a small parking. Very small pitches, not hygienic toilets. Beach is very far away. In reception they said 10 minutes walk. It was 20 min walk and no road only steps all the way down. If you have problems walking this is not the place for you.

The camping is fine, but the hill and parking is a bit challenging. For one night it's not worth it, unsless you want some extra adrenalin 🙂
