I purchased a used car from ForerCar in November 2019. Unfortunately the car had an electronic problem which occurred after just one week of use. The dealer was immediately interested in providing adequate after-sales assistance. With great professionalism, after various tests performed on the car (and some time) the dealer undertook to replace the defective component. Positive experience, very professional environment, serious and friendly staff.

I purchased a car in March 2019 LPG to date I am still waiting for an appointment for testing postponed to April 2020 for the answer after my phone call and numerous emails, according to them not received, to get news was that once sent all in the agency their job is over! I call the agency (number provided by the dealership) and I can never speak to the owner. To date I still have a machine without testing! I leave it to the reader to evaluate. I reply to your email as it did not go quite as you say. Meanwhile, the email of 27/07 on the phone I was told that it had not arrived, now it has finally been read. Then for the November testing I had asked the seller several times via SMS to be able to move the scheduled time to 08:00 because living two and a half hours from Turin it was impossible for me to arrive on time.
