I have been visiting Villa Glicini for a long time now, and now I have been taking my daughter to the pool for 3 years, we started with water acquaticity and now she is 5 years old. My assessment of the teachers can only be more than positive, we are very happy with how they work with children by transmitting their passion with the game by teaching the basics of motor skills in the water. At the same time they are also very available for any problem even for an assessment of the growth path from the child. I also give my positive evaluation on the staff with whom I often relate, I have always had a kind and clear feedback. The only negative note, unfortunately, are the spaces of the changing rooms. Unfortunately it is almost always us mothers who accompany the children, and with an average of one mother for each child, the changing room becomes immediately unlivable for the crowding of people not to mention the suffocating heat that is created, I myself have had lowerings of pressure for excessive temperature. He is affected by the excessive temperature even at the entrance, I often happened to see the reception girls exhausted from the heat especially in the summer. I believe that the temperature regulation in the premises should be reviewed.

As a start, not bad! I paid the annual season ticket, went into the room and was treated badly and arrogantly by the instructor whose name I don't even know because he didn't show up (the one with the beard). Instead of being helpful and informative with a customer, it has proved annoyed, annoying and poorly trained in explaining the exercises to a person who has set foot in the weight room for the first time. Furthermore, I believe that he is a person who is unable to relate to customers. If this is the way of representing the gym that boasts of being the best of the Pinerolo, I suggest you review a moment your strategy with collaborators.

The customers do nothing but complain about the absence of the staff in the Spa, for the herbal teas that are cold when they are, for the salt room as it is cold, the ice has been missing for more than 3 months ... and I don't want to to move on. Many have said they will no longer renew the pass, I certainly will. To pay for a service "that is not cheap" and to use the destination does not seem to be the case.

Complete and well equipped gym, swimming pool and relaxation area very comfortable. Very courteous staff. Great.
