Osasco Castle

Beautiful castle of my cousins Cacherano d'Osasco. Today we had a guided tour. Absolutely stunning. One can rent the castle for private festivities. Today it's open for public visitators. It's really worth visiting!

Osasco castle is the perfect setting for an Italian holiday. There is a farm B&B in the grounds of the Castle where genuine Italian hospitality is offered at affordable prices. The Osasco family also host weddings. They offer the use of the ground floor of the castle and courtyard, the beautiful and extensive gardens, as well as a hospitality package for wedding guests in the B&B. I have always been welcomed with open arms at Osasco and would recommend it to everyone.

The Castle has a remarkable charm, both outside and inside. The Italian garden and the park are also excellent. Openings during the year are few, but well organized. Too bad it is not possible to photograph the interiors, which are splendid (the coffered ceiling and the small private chapel come to mind).
