Exercise located in a somewhat decentralized position, within an economic building complex. Second floor with elevator. Free parking in the back yard. Spacious and largely recently renovated apartment (except for the flooring of some rooms), clean, pleasantly furnished and equipped with every comfort, including an efficient Wi Fi. Good general maintenance conditions. Nice and very helpful owner for every need. It rests quite well, even if noise comes from outside from the early morning hours. Breakfast in complete autonomy (espresso machine with pods) more than enough (even fruit, yogurt, fruit juices, iced tea and cheese in the fridge) and kitchen equipped with all imaginable crockery and every household appliance (microwave, toaster, etc. .: the kitchen is equipped for the residence). Overall a good address and good value for money. A more lively interior lighting for the evening would be desirable (the lights on the bedside tables do not allow reading).
