In my opinion, this shop went ahead precisely because instead of selling quality and service it packs. It happened with me at the beginning of July, I book the kitchen, bedroom and equipped wall, I pay and wait for the delivery set for the end of the month. The day before I go to the office and they tell me that the kitchen had not arrived and I had to wait until September for me it was a great damage since I was moving into a new house and I needed all the furniture. same price and I receive a bin both for the quality and for the incompetence in the assembly. After two days they complete the assembly with an equipped wall that came out broken inside .. I have been waiting for Mr. Mino since September, who shows up after many reminders. . But I think the only mistake was my going to that shop ..

Company that when you call them all they do is say that they will do everything to solve and fix and then call the worker and hurry, incompetent people and after having made inspections and established after several photos and calls they show up after two months with the wrong furniture , starting from the owner Gerardo Borgia and also Mr. Mino many words few facts, I find myself after 6 months that I have an incomplete house and moreover I have already paid everything

Do not go shopping, at the beginning they are courteous and available until they take the full amount and then on delivery unqualified people come in a hurry and assemble unordered stuff with the excuse that they change it shortly, then every week they postpone , I spent 30 thousand euros ordering them in January and today I receive the phone call the day before saying that the spare parts have not arrived

I find myself after having placed the order in November 2019 and paid in advance with repeated appointments not to come, after months with scratched and wrong stuff and with 4/5 contact details that no one answers, to lynch, not very serious people

I bought my bedroom from them and I realized how bad their quality products are: the internal drawer of the wardrobe has never been fitted well and consequently being crooked it has problems opening and closing. The thing that pisses me off the most is that the top drawer of the large chest of drawers has practically broken down by putting almost nothing inside ... and therefore it is now unusable. I'm speechless. After 2 years my room is about to change. Thanks a lot.
