City of Pacentro

Beautiful unesco heritage village. Very good in Pacentro to revive the tourism started at the end of the 80's due to the fact that here are the roots of the singer Madonna. Very clean, many cultural activities to attend. The people are incredibly friendly. Nice to walk through the alleys and visit the towers from which you can admire a beautiful view at a cost of 2 €. The zip Line has also been established not long ago, which in 1 and a half minutes glides along the valley.

Pacentro, in the province of L'Aquila, is a small town registered with the club of "The most beautiful villages in Italy. It is located within the Majella National Park. Much visited by tourists both for the beautiful castle built by the Normans in the eleventh century both for the churches and for the beautiful panoramas all around.In winter it is very visited for the nearby ski slopes.
