They are only abble to take your money. If you need their help, nobody can do it. You should avoid this bank if you plan to travel sometime and avoid problem. There is no personal advisor and they have a very personal to treat their own customers.

Deeply rude and boorish staff. I went to this branch to pay a f24 (service due to the state by all banks) and after the cashier literally ignored me for several moments, he decided to tell me that I could go to the post office.

They are not all rude, in fact I have always found availability and courtesy, to exclude, however, a cashier, always nervous and often pausing outside smoking despite customers waiting.
