I go to this bank very often, very rude and incompetent cashier staff. Yes, I would give zero stars.
This morning in this branch we found the great professionalism and
kindness of all staff.
I often go to make payments in this bank. I often use the automatic teller machine which is very convenient especially if there is a line at the counters and if I have some difficulties they help me especially the lady at the entrance is very kind. I find it very convenient the extended hours until 19, Yesterday, however, I went empty, the bank closed at 4pm with the new summer schedule from July 15th. A disservice that could have been avoided by updating the new timetable on the online site and not merely exposing it on the branch door.
If you could give subzero I would have chosen this option. Unqualified, rude and uninformed people. I recommend hiring some educated young people.
