I have been trying to contact the branch by phone for days, making dozens of attempts at different times but the phone rings empty. I wrote some emails asking to contact me but I have not received an answer. I called the national office in Milan to have me put in but they can't help me. Is all this acceptable by one of the first banking institutions in Italy?

Impossible to contact the branch by phone, even now that the emergency is over. Nobody replies to the email from the complaints service. The toll-free number does not let you in for "too much traffic". In short, I talk to Mars first than to my bank 200 meters away. I find all this very deplorable and regrettable. I would like to give 0 stars, but you can't.

Shame, they say by appointment only, but look a little try to contact them for an appointment and they don't answer, it takes so much to put an employee just for phone calls? Are you asking too much?

I get messages via cell phone to make an appointment by contacting the branch, but the branch does not answer the phone.
