Make appointments? But as seen that do not answer the phone, ridiculous! But the costs of keeping current accounts are increasing: really good.
Stop taking advantage of the covid !!! difficult to make an appointment, staff reduced to the bone and more and more expensive accounts !! It seems to pass through the ghestapo, if you have an urgent problem you don't know who to contact, you find a wall of rubber and rudeness at will 😡
For 2 weeks she kept calling but no one answers me any more nor she answers me in the email ... more than 6 years I am with you but this behavior is not acceptable ..
Spend hours of trying to get a phone response; the employee was very little available. I recommend an internal communication course.
