Impossible to reach the branch by telephone. Beware of check deposits through ATMs: they are often registered the next day even if made very early in the morning. This is a very serious behavior because it delays the availability of the title. The alternative, namely payment at the counter, requires biblical waiting times. A shame.
My wife and I have been account holders for years, I point out that it is impossible to contact either the switchboard or a single official by telephone; for 2 weeks I have been trying to report that on my wife's mobile phone no more withdrawal warning sms are coming.
My attempts remained unanswered.
I leave the comments to those who want to share my grievances.
Bad experiences, untrained staff, they forget to call the customer to report important things about the loan, very rude !!
