I tried to use the ATM on the street side to make a cash withdrawal through my ATM card issued by FINECO bank. The ATM, after accepting the magnetic card, went into lockout and went out of service showing the message "Door out of service due to operator intervention" on the screen.
To try to retrieve my ATM card as I am about to leave, I turned to the bank, during the afternoon opening hours.
Inside the branch I was faced in an unpleasant way by an employee who informed me that "ATMs were not their problem" and "not to waste time".
In similar situations, in other banks the staff has recovered the card from the locked door, returning it to me after a regular recognition procedure.
I therefore remained without a magnetic card, unable to withdraw and access my account outside my city of residence, for your technical inefficiencies and the discourtesy and neglect of branch staff.
I am banned from the public relations skills of the staff of a bank such as BNL which should have its roots in the relationship with the territory. Such episodes only confirm the public's trend towards abandoning traditional branch banking.
