Home banking works great. But to deliver an opening form to operate with certificates of deposit it is impossible to make an appointment at the branch. It is not possible to send the form by e-mail but only by registered mail! Resounding!

the reviews published, in my opinion, are not true! My experience is totally positive both for the seriousness and for the professionalism of the staff. When I enter this bank they are among friends ready to help you for every need!

Given that, being a mainly online bank, I was only there once several months ago, they were super competent, quick and courteous in solving my problem.

We turned to CheBanca! to apply for a mortgage. I will skip over the manners of the agent who followed us. My husband and I both work, we are both researchers, we have a monthly net income of 6 times higher than the mortgage payment and our savings are half the value of the apartment we want to buy. We waited for the beauty of a month and a half (!!!!!!), also providing my father-in-law as guarantor for the mortgage, to know in the end that the bank does not finance us !! We are astounded by the total lack of seriousness, respect and transparency. Very bad experience, we do not recommend CheBanca for anything, and in particular the branch of corso Italia in Trieste.

Nothing on the operator, but the bank is bad! Excellent only if you are a minimum pensioner or a student with claims equal to 0 who receives bank transfers and withdraws a few cash otherwise an ordeal ... I have been waiting a year for a book of checks, although I have said that I cannot move the previous account without having all the tools .. I explained to him and proved that I have 2 houses owned is good assets on the previous bank but nothing .., l And now they want € 12 a year ... Yes yes, do not even expect 0.01 .. bye bye what a return to UniCredit!
