Tiny but very rich in items. Explanations in Italian and English can inform the majority of visitors about the pecular history of the local Jews. The opening on Monday morning is particularly useful to the long week-end tourists.

Great museum exploring the history of the Jews of Trieste. Luckily, many of the treasures to see here were hidden from the Nazis during the War so you can see a book from the 17th century, the license authorizing the Jewish community by Maria Theresa and silver synagogue objects. Especially touching was the displays dedicated to the victims of the Shoah. Would have liked to see more related to the Jewish Agency building.

I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the history of Jewish community of Trieste at this museum. A real eye opener, especially reading about the lives of certain individuals.

Interested

Small museum that should not be overlooked to capture the Jewish soul of the city and the history of its community! Furthermore, there are frequent conferences and cultural meetings of great interest and quality. Really very good!
