Rude and scandalous staff, especially Mr. Roberto who would do better to change jobs, because working with the public is not for him and I am not the only one who thinks so given the reviews. I'm surprised how such a big company doesn't take customer reviews into account. To make an appointment you need to make at least 20 phone calls before they answer you and sometimes when you book from the application the appointment does not always go through. I'll close my account with them soon.

I pay 8 € per month in the account fee to have a branch that: no one answers your phone for appointments or information, the application works sometimes yes and sometimes not, rude cash staff especially the bearded gentleman who has a desire to work that it would be good if you give way to those who really need it, only the lady is saved. As soon as I can, I close my account and look for another bank that is reliable but above all is close to the customer.
