Roman aqueduct of the Val Rosandra. Place of historical / cultural interest of the city of Trieste. A small section has been recovered and secured under a glass and aluminum case. Too bad it's overlooked, full of weeds and poorly valued!

Roman aqueduct that starts from Val Rosandra, and passed along via!

the Roman aqueduct ran 15 kilometers and it was enough to bring water from Val Rosandra to the inhabited center of Tergeste. Very interesting to visit, there are still about 10 meters of still intact aqueduct. Parking in the area is really easy to find, if you are on foot there is a bit of a climb to do.
