The world is watching us The islands of Ischia and Capri are famous, we cannot diminish them by defining a hotel like this one! Perhaps in the days when the resort existed it was called a pension. It is a very spartan hotel, its last renovation probably dates back to the post-war period. It does not have an elevator or air conditioning. The rooms are furnished in a basic fashion, and old-fashioned without a little support for the suitcases. The bathroom has a small window that opens partially possibly due to the positioning of a shower box that does not seal and floods the bathroom with each shower. There is a view of the port of Casamicciola, but it is not enough to justify sums of over 100 euros per night from luxury hotels with thermal pools and spas. There is not a double bed, but 2 singles that can be approached ... There is a small pool that is not discounted exceed the standards set for hygiene. Breakfast is a farce: some discount food that the package has been removed from. It is on a terrace with some plants, but we pay a very expensive harbor view on buildings to be restored for years ... Despite the indications from the website there is no parking except on the street, if available. It is not our experience the professionalism indicated in some reviews, perhaps because of complacency or perhaps because everyone has his travel experiences. My husband and I do not recommend this establishment, it mortifies the memory of the beauty of the flavors and aromas of Ischia and the beautiful Amalfi coast and is not even cheap ...

Hotel to forget! tripadvisor has canceled my review 3 times! A negative commission reviews are deleted on that site, I discovered it recently .. this explains the many deceptive positive reviews on the structure! My booking at Pithaecausa has been changed for work reasons: in terms of the contract I should have received a refund in 24 hours, I had to get Expedia in attendance 3 times to receive it after a week! Since the hotel is an integral part of the holiday my advice is to avoid it: dated completely to be restored, no lift or air conditioning, no parking ... uncomfortable location. Breakfast with packaged low cost foods! The sight? There is much better! Learn about the professionalism of the staff!

I stayed at this hotel with my family and what the friendliness, all 'hospitality and to the kindness we are at 5 stars. A comfortable room, even if a little vintage, with a terrace with a breathtaking view. The neo: hygiene that is not constant. Another drawback: the swimming pool with the broken whirlpool, not always clean and the entrance to the hotel closer to the center blocked by a broken gate. Except these small negative points I would recommend it for good value for money.
