CIBC First Caribbean International Bank

I went to the bank few months ago, I was disappointed as I didn't get through with intended transaction. But must commend staff for professionalism in dealing with issues. Spoke to at least 3 persons on different occasions and they were able to calmly help me to see the issue from 'their lens'. Therefore, I'm satisfied and will be complying so I can transact business with bank. The security guards are also polite and helpful. Thanks for that family experience. CICB SAV, 👍👍👍.

This place is slow and seem to only work if you know someone here or rather if someone here knows you. 3 individuals who came after me was some how dealt with before I was. The guy at the customer service disk ( wasn't wearing a name tag) obviously choose persons he knew before others. That's not how customer service works. Anjuli was nice on the other hand.

Bank never full and it's always slow... Unprofessional was there waiting for almost a hour and a man teller was there having a jolly time with another staff, taking pics all type of foolishness.

Good bank to work with
