Overall a good learning institution and I applaud the teachers for their hard work, love and care towards the students. However, I am highly disappointed as to how the school handled the COVID19 crisis. As we all were being affected in one way or another; whether being temporarily laid off, loss of jobs, business closure etc... there was no plan in place for parents who were not able to accumulate all the child's school fee by the set deadline. While other schools were providing payment plans for parents to pay the fees over a period of time or giving a discount due to the circumstances surrounding the crisis, we were being badgered to pay the school fee or our child face the consequencies of not being able to sit end of term exams and not accepted for the new school year. I do understand the schoold needs money to operate, however it appears the main focus money with no consideration for parents who were deeply affected by the crisis. Additional the school fee increased by $3000 amidst the circumstances. On multiple attempts to contact the principal the phone rang without an answer and no one picks up the school landline.
