The staff were very polite and knowledge and searched for answers to queries that I had on various products, they also service the products that are sold there.

I buy power tool there and get them serviced there as well. Generally good service and a reasonable turn around time for servicing.

Took forever to attempt to fix my drill. They had change several parts out of it which I had to pay for as each time they said that was the issue and gave me back with me having to bring it back in a day or 2. This went on for months with me buying parts and paying for servicing until I decided to not bring it back the last time and stop them from taking money from me as I could almost buy a new drill with the amount I have spend attempting to fix this drill with them.
