Gloria's Port Royal, East Kingston

My experience at Gloria's has been very memorable and satisfying. The food is delicious and filling. The staff try their best to serve pleasantly even when it's hard because rheir day has been very hectic.

Poor customer service 2 stars for the food, very tasty but the wait to to take your order is way too long and the wait to get it is even worst. Disappointed! This is my second and last time!

Customer service is inefficient. After placing my order in which I came with a large group of people I was then asked each time who ordered what when it should have been written down.....also I was faced with what came off as a little attitude when I made note of my problem. I had to wait what felt like hours just to get served. Place needs a little work. Food is excellent. Overall service 4/10.
